Alabama will play one more game during the 2024 college football season, taking on Michigan in the ReliaQuest Bowl.Alabama’s offensive lineman Kadyn Proctor will miss the game, according to sources.
Proctor will miss the game versus Michigan with a shoulder ailment that has bothered him all season. He missed the first two games of the season due to a shoulder problem, and he will need surgery in the offseason. He started ten games as a left tackle and was awarded second-team All-SEC this season.
With the standout lineman sidelined, redshirt freshman Wilkin Formby is set to take his place. He has participated in eight games this season, starting two of them.
The game versus Michigan is a replay of a memorable College Football Playoff semifinal game last season, which the Wolverines won in overtime. The game will begin at noon ET on New Year’s Eve on ESPN and will be played in Tampa.
