The housing application for Fall 2025 opened on December 4, 2024, at 9:00 AM. Admitted students who have paid their academic deposit can apply for housing through the WVU housing portal. Early application is encouraged to secure preferred housing options.

🔄 Returning Student Housing
Returning students, including sophomores, juniors, and seniors, are invited to live in residence halls for the 2025–2026 academic year. A $225 deposit is required to secure housing.
