Amon-Ra St. Brown said that Dan Campbell directed the Lions to penalize Caleb Williams if he did not run out of bounds… If Caleb Williams Faked Sideline Move: ‘Hit His Ass’
Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell made it plain that he would not want his defenders to draw up if Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams ran toward the sideline while remaining in bounds.
Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown claimed on his podcast that Campbell showed examples of Williams seeming to fall out of bounds before returning and gaining a few yards. The coach instructed his defense to “hit his ass” in certain instances with the rookie quarterback.
“He goes, ‘If he does this, we’re going to hit his a**. I already warned the refs, the refs know.'”

The discovery sheds light on a tense moment during the Lions’ 23-20 victory against the Bears on Thanksgiving Day.
In the third quarter, Williams scrambled out of the pocket and was heading toward the sideline when he was struck low by Detroit defender Jack Campbell. The tackle was clean and well within the field of play.
However, the manner Williams went down did not seem good, and many Chicago supporters believed that simply shoving him out of bounds would suffice.
After the game, the No. 1 selection stated that he “didn’t really appreciate the play.”
“He just kind of dove straight at my knee,” Williams added. “So I didn’t really get that. I was very irritated with that one, simply because, you know, whatever. Yes, the knee is excellent. There is nothing wrong with it. I think I just got a bruise. But the play was quirky.”
During team discussions, Dan Campbell reported that Williams pulled up before reaching the sideline, suggesting he planned to cut to his left before the path was closed.
Young quarterbacks, particularly those who prefer to tuck the ball and run, are constantly subjected to changes in the NFL. The league has implemented several laws to safeguard passers, but players must also take care of themselves.
Williams’ obvious proclivity to pretend sprinting out of bounds may need to be controlled.
Fans of lions explode after Dan Campbell’s audacious decision in record-setting triumph against Packers
Dan Campbell, the head coach of the Lions, has some really severe stones.
Thursday’s game of the year saw the Detroit Lions beat the Green Bay Packers 34-31, rising to 12-1. With their eleventh consecutive victory, the Lions tied a franchise record with the win. They also became the first NFL club this season to guarantee a postseason slot. It did not come easy, though.
The second half consisted in four lead changes alone.Remarkably hot, Packers running back Josh Jacobs scored three touchdowns. Once more, though, Lion head coach Dan Campbell displayed his stones, aiming for it on fourth down time repeatedly. Actually, Detroit scored two touchdowns on fourth down throughout the game.
Eventually, though, a different fourth down determined the game. With just 43 seconds left and the game knotted at 31, the Lions faced a fourth-and- one at the 21-yard line at Green Bay. Generally speaking, you kick the field goal, lead, and play defence.
Campbell, though, does not follow accepted wisdom. Rather, he gambled and grabbed it.
lions go for it on 4th and 1 and Goff falls and doesn’t miss a beat😭

His centre stepped on Jared Goff, the quarterback for lions. He almost stumbled and hardly managed the handoff to David Montgomery, who once more balled out. The trade went somehow, the experienced tailback scuttling for seven yards and a first down. That established the gun’s chip-shot field goal for the victory.
Should the Lions fail to convert, the Packers would have been sitting well, tied, with the ball seeking the game-winning field goal.
Knowing the prior fourth down blow-through in the Lions face added even more amazing power. Detroit failed at their own 30-yard line on fourth and one. That resulted in the Packers leading in the fourth quarter—28–24.
Campbell, though, was not going to be discouraged. His ballsy call made people spin-off.

“I don’t want to hear a freaking peep out of anyone about 4th downs anymore,” Section 344 Lions said. Two four-down touchdowns. And a fourth-down convert to really win the game—not return the ball. NFL’s top coach is best Has developed an amazing identity/culture and performs to suit it.
The Lions have adopted the identity of their head coach without a doubt. He lives the city and its people. There is a perfect storm here. And the rest of the NFL should be alert when there is this much skill mixed with no fear. The Detroit Lions of your father are relics of the past.

Done Deal: Just in Detroit Lions, formally welcome another highly experienced star to squad…
Signing defensive back Jamal Adams to their practice squad, the Detroit Lions have enhanced their defensive depth. The action coincides with the Lions still searching for adaptable choices to boost their secondary moving into the later half of the NFL season. Former first-round draft pick and seasoned professional football player Adams offers Detroit’s roster a great abundance of experience and agility.
Adams has had a great NFL career, distinguished by his hard-hitting approach of play and ability to influence events in several ways. Mostly a safety, he has shown skill as a hybrid defender, shining in coverage, run defence, and pass rusher. His adaptability lets coaches assign him several positions, which fits the defensive approach the Lions use under head coach Dan Campbell.
Adams may be moved to the active roster based on team needs and his performance during practices, even though he is now contracted to the practice squad. Injuries in the Lions’ secondary have underlined the need of having consistent depth, and Adams’s presence offers a seasoned choice who can react fast to Detroit’s defensive plans.
For Adams, this contract offers a chance to start his career anew following injuries in recent seasons that cause difficulties. Notwithstanding his difficulties, his inherent ability and leadership style have never come under doubt. Perhaps the ideal setting for him to have a significant influence is joining a Lions team enmeshed in a playoff chase.
With outstanding front seven performance and a strengthening secondary, the Lions’ defence has been a main factor in their success this year. Including a player of Adams’s calibre might assist to strengthen their squad since they want to have a strong postseason run. Detroit’s aggressive defensive approach might be complemented by his ability to pressure quarterbacks and foil opponent offences.
Seeing how Adams interacts with the Lions would definitely thrill fans. Though he will begin on the practice squad, Detroit’s remaining schedule gains mystery from the likelihood of seeing him in game action. Adams may be a great benefit for the Lions during their postseason campaign if he shows he still possesses the explosiveness and playmaking abilities that distinguished him in the NFL.
The Lions’ choice to sign Adams shows their dedication to search for success this season not skipping any detail. Detroit shows its intention to assemble a strong and flexible squad ready for challenging at the top level by including an experienced and driven player like Adams on their roster.
