Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, Jadon Sancho, and Tyrell Malacia are considering leaving Manchester United this summer; According to head coach Ruben Amorim, United will not sell them unless their asking price is met. Marcus Rashford has been transferred to Barcelona on loan.

If Manchester United’s transfer asking price is not fulfilled, Ruben Amorim believes the club’s wantaway players may still have a future there.

This summer, Manchester United players Alejandro Garnacho, Anthony, Jadon Sancho, and Tyrell Malacia are considering leaving the club.

Amorim, speaking ahead of their first Premier League Summer Series encounter against West Ham in the United States on Sunday, which is live on Sky Sports, said United will not sell the foursome for a cut-price amount and will reintegrate them into their squad if they are not sold.

When asked if the club was afraid about losing value on those players in order to sell them, Amorim responded, “That is not the case because the players [wanting to leave] have different reasons.” Some players must relocate to make room for others on the team. Other players indicate that they seek a fresh challenge and a new squad.

“We are simply letting these players to ponder and decide. If they reach the point where they must join the squad, they will do so because they are our players.

“I know for a fact that Omar (Barrada, CEO), Jason (Wilcox, Director of Football), and the club have set a price for these players. If they do not achieve that level, they will undoubtedly become Manchester United players. I understand that other teams may be waiting until the last minute, but they can surprise us.

“I am ready to receive the players. They face increasing competition. They must compete in order to qualify for the World Cup. That makes me glad since it means I will have more options. If they have to fight to play, that’s fine with me.”

This week, United decided to loan Marcus Rashford to Barcelona for the season, after signing strikers Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo as Amorim attempts to overhaul his front line.

“At the moment, we need to be really careful when we sign a player,” Amorim told reporters. “If we have to start the season with this squad, I’ll be happy because all of the players want to be here.” That is the most crucial aspect.

“With Bryan and Matheus, we are clearly a better team.”

Sky Sports News’ Dharmesh Sheth analyses Man Utd’s striker search with Ollie Watkins and Benjamin Sesko potential targets.

United has always been in the market for a striker, but their priority is player sales.

Amorim stated: “They (Mbeumo/Cunha) can play as strikers. We have Josh (Zirkzee) and Rasmus (Hojlund), and the goal is to develop their connection. I’m not sure if the post is available for them. They need to work. They have other players vying for the role.

“I’m quite pleased. They are really humble, which is crucial, and they choose to be here. They had other options, Champions League options, and had read all that was said about our club, but they opted to stay. That is an important point for me.”

How close are Garnacho, Antony, Sancho, and Malacia to leaving Manchester United?

Garnacho, Antony, Sancho, and Malacia have been practicing separately from the first team and are not on the pre-season tour of the United States due to their desire to depart.

Aston Villa have expressed interest in Garnacho, but Sky Sports News reports that they are unable to pay his current asking price. Chelsea has a long-standing interest in him and he remains a target, although any future arrivals at Stamford Bridge are thought to be contingent on exits.

United are said to believe Garnacho wishes to remain in the Premier League.

According to Sky in Italy, Juventus has put their pursuit for Sancho on hold until sales are made after signing Francisco Conceicao this week.

Malacia played the second half of last season on loan at PSV Eindhoven, but Antony excelled at Real Betis.

According to Sky Sports News, two leading clubs in Saudi Arabia’s Premier League are interested in signing Antony.

Several European teams, notably Atletico Madrid, Bayer Leverkusen, and Bayern Munich, are following his situation, but a move to Real Betis is unlikely at this point in the transfer window.

Sancho and Malacia are both out of contract next year, while Garnacho would be a pure profit under the Premier League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules after graduating from the club’s academy.
