Lindsey Vonn has decided to scale back her real estate holdings and has placed her Beverly Hills property on the market, with ELLE Decor exclusively revealing the listing. The Olympic gold medalist, who is currently contemplating a return to competitive skiing following injuries sustained at the 2026 Winter Olympics, quietly put the Southern California residence up for sale in November at an asking price of $4.45 million, according to her representative.

In recent months, Vonn has been focusing on recovery after suffering a broken ankle and a fractured tibia. She has been recuperating at her mountain home in Park City, Utah, where she has been based for the past two months. Despite this, Los Angeles has long been one of her primary locations, as she has owned multiple properties in the area over the years, including homes in Beverly Grove and the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood.

The house currently on the market was purchased by Vonn around five years ago for approximately $3.4 million, according to Zillow. The residence, which dates back to 1948, has been renovated in a Craftsman style and offers a blend of classic design and modern amenities. The property includes three bedrooms and spans about 3,400 square feet, sitting on a quarter-acre lot that provides both space and privacy.

The outdoor features of the home are particularly notable. The grounds include a swimming pool accompanied by a pool house, as well as a rear garden that is enclosed by mature trees and tall hedges, ensuring a secluded atmosphere. A gated entrance at the front of the property adds an extra layer of security and exclusivity.

Inside, the home has been designed with comfort and sophistication in mind. The living room is highlighted by French doors that open out to the exterior spaces, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Throughout the house, oak hardwood flooring adds warmth and continuity, while integrated smart-home technology enhances convenience and modern living.

The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances from brands such as Wolf and Sub-Zero, making it both functional and stylish. It also features an eat-in layout, providing a casual dining option within the space. The home includes five bathrooms, all fitted with fixtures from Waterworks, contributing to a refined and luxurious feel.

Beyond the interiors, the property offers a variety of outdoor living areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. These include a lounge space shaded by a pergola, a fire pit for evenings outdoors, and multiple ტერaces that provide views overlooking the pool area. Together, these features create an environment that is both tranquil and ideal for hosting guests.

Vonn’s decision to sell the Beverly Hills property is part of a broader pattern in her real estate activities. Over the course of her career, she has bought and sold several homes across the United States. In addition to her properties in Los Angeles and Utah, she is also in the process of selling a villa in Miami Beach. Previously, in 2020, she parted ways with her mountain retreat in Vail.

The Beverly Hills home is currently listed for $4.45 million through Hurwitz James Company, marking another step in Vonn’s ongoing adjustments to her property portfolio. As she continues her recovery and considers her next moves both professionally and personally, this sale reflects a shift in her lifestyle and priorities.

Overall, the property represents a combination of elegance, comfort, and privacy, embodying the kind of living space that has suited Vonn during her time in Los Angeles. Its blend of traditional architecture and modern upgrades makes it a standout offering in the competitive Beverly Hills market.
