In-demand Scott carries an £80m price tag, Martinelli is looking for a new club, and Hull is pursuing a striker with 95 goals to his name.
Bournemouth have reportedly placed an £80 million price tag on highly-rated midfielder Alex Scott as interest in the England Under-21 international continues to rise ahead of the summer transfer window.
Scott enjoyed an impressive campaign on the south coast, establishing himself as one of the Premier League’s brightest young midfield talents. His performances have attracted attention from several elite clubs, with Liverpool and Manchester United both believed to be monitoring his situation closely.

Despite the growing speculation surrounding his future, Bournemouth remain determined to keep hold of one of their most valuable players. Sources close to the club insist that owner Bill Foley has no intention of selling Scott and remains committed to strengthening the squad rather than cashing in on key assets.
The Cherries are hopeful that Scott will agree to a new long-term contract that would further underline his importance to the club’s plans. Discussions could include a release clause similar to the one inserted into Antoine Semenyo’s recent contract extension.
Last summer, Semenyo signed a fresh five-year deal with Bournemouth. Included in that agreement was a £65 million release clause that was only active during the first two weeks of the January transfer window. The clause was eventually activated by Manchester City, providing Bournemouth with a significant return while also protecting the player’s market value.
Foley is determined to ensure that Scott would only be sold for a fee that accurately reflects his status and potential. Bournemouth’s valuation has been influenced by the prices attached to several other Premier League midfielders, including Manchester City target Elliot Anderson, West Ham United’s Mateus Fernandes and Newcastle United star Sandro Tonali.
The club believe Scott belongs in the same bracket as those players and are therefore unwilling to entertain offers below their valuation. Bournemouth’s stance demonstrates their ambition to continue competing at a high level while retaining the core of their squad.
Arsenal Ready to Listen to Offers for Gabriel Martinelli
Arsenal are reportedly prepared to part ways with Gabriel Martinelli this summer as manager Mikel Arteta plans significant changes to his squad.
After finally ending a 22-year wait for the Premier League title, Arsenal are now focused on maintaining their position at the top of English football. Arteta is determined to build a team capable of defending the championship and competing consistently for major honours.

Martinelli may be one of the first players out of the Emirates’ door this summer as Arteta looks to build on their Premier League title
To achieve that goal, the Spaniard is expected to reshape parts of his squad, with several difficult decisions likely to be made. Martinelli has emerged as one of the players who could leave the Emirates Stadium as Arsenal look to make room for new arrivals.
Aston Villa forward Morgan Rogers is believed to be one of Arteta’s priority targets. The Arsenal boss is a long-time admirer of the young attacker and sees him as a player capable of adding further quality and versatility to his frontline.
Should Arsenal succeed in their pursuit of Rogers, it is expected that either Martinelli or Leandro Trossard would be sold. At present, Martinelli appears to be the more vulnerable of the two.
The Brazilian international struggled to secure a regular starting position during Arsenal’s title-winning campaign and found himself rotating in and out of the side. While still an important squad member, his reduced role has led to questions about his long-term future in North London.
Martinelli’s contribution since joining Arsenal has been significant. Signed from Brazilian club Ituano in 2019 as an exciting teenage prospect, he quickly developed into one of the club’s most dangerous attacking players.
Over six years with the Gunners, Martinelli has accumulated 62 goals and 36 assists in 278 appearances across all competitions. His pace, direct running and eye for goal have made him a fan favourite, but Arsenal may now decide that selling him would help finance their next phase of development under Arteta.
Fulham Shocked by Marco Silva’s Last-Minute Exit
Fulham have been left searching for a new manager after Marco Silva unexpectedly reversed his decision to remain at the club.
Reports suggest that Silva had reached an agreement in principle over a new contract and was expected to extend his stay at Craven Cottage. Negotiations had progressed positively, and Fulham were confident that their manager would commit his future to the club.
However, in a dramatic late change of heart, Silva opted to leave West London and return to his homeland to become Benfica’s new head coach.
The Portuguese manager’s departure reportedly came as a surprise to Fulham owner Shahid Khan and senior club officials. Silva had previously indicated that he was ready to accept a lucrative contract offer worth around £8 million per season.
In addition to the improved financial package, Fulham had also promised Silva a greater role in recruitment decisions. The club were willing to provide him with more influence over transfer strategy in an effort to convince him to stay.

Despite those efforts, the opportunity to manage Benfica proved too attractive to turn down. Silva ultimately chose to return to Portugal and take charge of one of the country’s biggest and most successful clubs.
His departure brings an end to a successful five-year spell at Fulham. During his time in charge, Silva helped establish the club as a stable Premier League side and earned widespread praise for his work.
Attention has now turned toward identifying his replacement. Ipswich Town manager Kieran McKenna is understood to be Fulham’s preferred candidate.
McKenna has built an excellent reputation through his work at Ipswich and is regarded as one of the most promising young coaches in the game. Fulham believe he possesses the qualities required to continue the progress made under Silva and guide the club into its next chapter.
Hull City Consider Move for Experienced Striker Callum Wilson
Newly-promoted Hull City are exploring the possibility of signing veteran striker Callum Wilson as they prepare for life back in the Premier League.
The Tigers secured promotion and are now focused on assembling a squad capable of competing at the highest level. Recruitment is expected to play a major role in their preparations, and the club are examining opportunities within the free-agent market.
Wilson has emerged as a potential target following his departure from West Ham United after the club’s relegation to the Championship.
Available on a free transfer, the experienced forward represents an attractive option for Hull as they seek proven Premier League quality without paying a transfer fee.
The 34-year-old has enjoyed a long and productive career in England’s top flight. Having scored almost 100 Premier League goals, Wilson has demonstrated his ability to perform consistently at the highest level.
Hull believe his experience could be invaluable as they look to establish themselves among the division’s elite once again. In addition to his goalscoring record, Wilson’s leadership qualities and knowledge of Premier League football could make him an important figure within the dressing room.
The club see free-agent signings as a sensible way of strengthening the squad while managing their budget responsibly. Wilson’s availability presents an opportunity to add proven quality and experience to the attacking department.
Meanwhile, Hull are also expected to retain one of their defensive leaders. Veteran centre-back John Egan is reportedly in line for a new contract as the club continue planning for the upcoming season.
Egan’s experience and influence within the squad are highly valued by the Tigers. Club officials believe he can play a key role both on and off the pitch as Hull prepare for the challenges that come with competing in the Premier League.
By combining experienced players such as Wilson and Egan with the core of the squad that secured promotion, Hull hope to give themselves the best possible chance of enjoying a successful return to the top flight.
