Arsenal’s Jakub Kiwior in Transfer Talks with Porto After Man Utd Omission
*By Tony Mogan*
Jakub Kiwior is in discussions to leave Arsenal and join Portuguese club Porto before the summer transfer window shuts.
The Polish defender was not included in the Arsenal squad for their Premier League opener against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday. Arsenal won the match 1-0 thanks to a 13th-minute goal from Riccardo Calafiori.

Polish outlet Meczyki claim a deal is being discussed with hope of an agreement being reached next week.
Kiwior has been linked with a move away from the club throughout the summer, with Porto expressing interest earlier this month. Although earlier reports from Portugal claimed the move had stalled due to Arsenal’s £26 million valuation, Porto appears to have revived their pursuit.

Despite recently signing Jan Bednarek from Southampton for €7.5 million (£6.5 million), Porto has reportedly resumed talks with Kiwior in hopes of securing a deal.
