Mikaela Shiffrin made history today by winning her 100th World Cup race in the slalom event at Sestriere,
marking a milestone moment for alpine skiing. Since her World Cup debut in 2011, Mikaela has become the most dominant athlete in the sport’s history.
With two Olympic gold medals, seven World Championship titles, and now 100 World Cup victories, she is unmatched at the top. But for Mikaela, these records are not the final goal—they represent a chance to inspire others.
“I view this achievement as a way to bring more people to skiing,” Mikaela said. “Skiing has given me so much, and I want to help open doors for future generations.”
Through her role as ambassador for the Share Winter Foundation, Mikaela is dedicated to expanding access to winter sports and making skiing more inclusive, helping young people discover their passion for the mountains.
Beyond her victories, Mikaela is redefining what it means to be a champion both on and off the slopes.
Atomic is honored to have supported Mikaela on her journey to 100 wins, providing her the skis to reach greatness. We eagerly anticipate seeing her ongoing influence both in competition and in her new role with the Share Winter Foundation.
Congratulations, Mikaela!
