The Stifel U.S. Ski Team Fundraiser in St. Louis raised a record $1.375 million
Ron Kruszewski, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Stifel Financial Corp., and U.S. Ski & Snowboard Trustee, sponsored the annual Stifel U.S. Ski Team fundraiser in St. Louis for the eleventh consecutive year. The event raised $1.375 million for all U.S. Ski & Snowboard teams, including alpine, cross country, ski jumping, nordic combined, freestyle, Para alpine, and freeski.

This year’s theme was “Una Notte Bianca a Cortina,” which took place in St. Louis. Una Notte Bianca a Cortina, an homage to the planned 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games, offered guests a taste of Italy around every corner. A wonderful evening featured numerous athletes, a live band, a silent auction, food, drinks, and dancing, with all proceeds going straight to the Stifel U.S. Ski Team as they prepare for the upcoming season.
“The amount of time, work, love, and support this community—which begins with Ron and Amanda (and Stifel!)—has put into our sports and the Stifel U.S. Ski Team is out of this world and something very unique. Mikaela Shiffrin, an Olympic gold medallist and Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team competitor, expressed gratitude in a recent Instagram post. “This was my first time attending this event in St. Louis, and it well exceeded my expectations! “Ron and Amanda worked so hard on this fundraiser, and it was such a beautiful night with everyone,” stated 2022 Olympian and Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team member Bella Wright.
Mikaela Shiffrin, Alex Ferreira, Lauren Macuga, Alli Macuga, Jaelin Kauf, Noah Elliott, and Bella Wright were among the many American ski and snowboard athletes who attended the event. In addition to the winter athletes, well-known sportscaster Joe Buck was in attendance to support the fundraising efforts.
“Going into the Olympic season with so many people supporting us, athletes truly make a difference. “I am grateful and looking forward to more Stifel events in the future,” Wright said.
Kruszewski and Amanda Perkins host the event, which has become one of the organization’s major fundraisers, bringing together the community in and around St. Louis, Missouri. Those in attendance include trustees of the United States Ski & Snowboard Association, long-time sponsors, and ski and snowboard guests.
