WNBA standout Sophie Cunningham expands career into entertainment
WNBA standout Sophie Cunningham is taking the next step in broadening her professional footprint, announcing a move into entertainment and media after signing with 3 Arts Sports.
The Indiana Fever guard has aligned with the agency to help grow her presence beyond basketball, with a focus on entertainment projects, media opportunities, and wider business ventures. The partnership reflects Cunningham’s ambition to build a multifaceted career that extends well past her on-court success.
Cunningham recently enjoyed a major milestone with the Fever, playing a key role in the team’s triumph in the 2025 WNBA Commissioner’s Cup. Her move into entertainment, however, is not entirely new territory. She already co-hosts the podcast Show Me Something alongside her childhood friend West Wilson, a reality television personality, where the pair blend sports, pop culture, and personal stories. Cunningham has also dipped into sports media before, appearing as a guest analyst on Phoenix Suns broadcasts.
Her agent, Perry Rogers—CEO and founder of PRP—described the partnership with 3 Arts Sports as a strategic step designed to maximize Cunningham’s potential across multiple industries. Rogers explained that combining PRP’s experience in sports and marketing with 3 Arts’ expertise in media and entertainment creates a powerful support system for an athlete aiming to succeed in several arenas. He added that Cunningham’s versatility and personality make her well suited to a career that goes far beyond basketball, and that assembling the right team around her was essential to executing that long-term vision.
Representatives from 3 Arts Sports echoed that sentiment, praising Cunningham as an example of the modern athlete. Co-heads Aaron and André Eanes said she embodies confidence, creativity, and a clear sense of purpose outside the game. They highlighted her strong perspective, natural on-screen presence, and determination to shape the next phase of her career on her own terms.
According to the agency, the goal is to work closely with Cunningham and her existing management team to develop a platform that allows her to make a meaningful impact in entertainment, storytelling, and business. With her growing profile, championship pedigree, and expanding media résumé, Cunningham’s transition signals another example of WNBA players leveraging their influence to create opportunities well beyond the hardwood.
