Mikaela Shiffrin Earns 101st World Cup Victory With Dominate Performance in Sun Valley
Mikaela Shiffrin wrapped off her ski season in dominant manner Sunday, winning her 101st World Cup and 157th World Cup podium after winning the season’s last Slalom at Sun Valley.
Shiffrin had a difficult season, as she was sidelined in late November after sustaining a major puncture wound in a huge slalom collision at Killington in Vermont. She worked hard throughout her two-month recuperation and achieved her 100th victory when she teamed up with Breezy Johnson to win the team combined at the World Championships.

Mikaela went on the accelerator and won the Sun Valley slalom by a comfortable 1.13 seconds, surrounded by young kids costumed as the 101 Dalmatians. Congratulations to Mikaela, who has secured her reputation as the most successful skier of all time!
