Sebastian Wilkins update: Duke recruiting
Basketball currently includes a preseason, regular season, postseason, and roster construction season. While Duke has recruited Cameron and Cayden Boozer, Nikola Khamenia, and portal commitments Cedric Coward and Ifeanyi Ufochukwu, Jon Scheyer and his staff are likely to seek additional players.
Braydon Hawthorne and Sebastian Wilkins were the only players that Duke had in the lineup.
Wilkins, who is currently enrolled in the class of 2026, has the potential to reclassify, which would render him a desirable late recruit for any organization.
He recently made an official visit and shared his thoughts on X. This undoubtedly does not imply that he will be attending Duke; however, he appears to have had a pleasant experience, as evidenced by his statement, “Had a great official visit at Duke University!!”
He shared several photographs, including one of him with his parents and others taken in Cameron and other locations.
It is evident that there will be minutes following Shelton Henderson’s departure from Duke. We will observe how Scheyer fills them, and it is possible that they will be filled in the near future.
